CTA and trust signals
A “Book Now” button paired with a direct-call number. Three licence numbers, “20 Years Expertise” and a 28-review, 5-star Trustindex widget, all above the fold. A genuine strength.
Not ranking for its own core term
Searched “electrician Joondalup Perth WA”: ACS Electrical did not appear in the organic results returned. Other Joondalup electricians did (Response Electrician Perth, Eworks Electrical, Westside Electrical, Joondalup Electrical, MD Electrical & Data).
Facebook review discrepancy
Search snippets suggest their Facebook page shows “Not yet rated (0 Reviews)”, versus 28 Google reviews on their own site. Direct fetch was blocked both times, so this is flagged unconfirmed, not stated as fact.
No speed-to-lead commitment
Pushes “Fast 24/7 Service” but states no actual response time and no auto-reply confirmation anywhere checked.
How SAL's services could help
- SEO (primary fit)The Joondalup page already has the trust signals built, licence numbers, years trading, reviews, it just isn't ranking for the term it was written for. A solvable content/technical gap (title tags, GBP alignment, local citations, internal linking), not a start-from-scratch problem.
- Google Ads (fastest lever)Since organic visibility for their own core term couldn't be confirmed, a tightly targeted campaign on high-intent local terms puts them in front of the same searchers immediately, without waiting on an SEO fix to land.
- Conversion optimisationCTA and trust signals are already solid. The one gap is a missing speed-to-lead statement, a specific, honest response-time commitment is a low-cost addition.
- Meta Ads (reinforcement)Facebook engagement looks thin (~38 likes per search snippets) against a 20-year, 28-review business. Referencing SAL's real case study, one Perth electrician (Nexus Electrical Co) getting leads at $41.57 each on a verified Meta campaign, as one client's result, not a promise for ACS.
Sources and limits
Direct fetch of acselec.com.au homepage and its Joondalup page (2026-09-07). Google Business Profile review count is the business's own Trustindex-widget claim, not independently confirmed. Two Meta Ad Library fetch attempts failed (HTTP 403, connection error). Facebook page fetch was blocked both times; the like count and review-mismatch note come from search snippets only, flagged unconfirmed. Google search presence checked via WebSearch for “electrician Joondalup Perth WA”, a one-time snapshot, not full rank tracking.
